Not all Wagyu beef is produced in the same way.
Our Wagyu cattle is raised and fed not only in our ranch in Uruguay but also by specially selected producers in our Wagyu Cattle program using the best quality Japanese/Australian Wagyu genetics, resulting from crosses with Angus, Hereford, Holstein, Charolais and Limousin.
All our Wagyu cattle is raised and fed in all-natural pastures in the Uruguay flatlands where they have freedom to roam until they reach the final stage of production (last 90 days) when they are given a proper green supplementation in a “semi-confined” feedlot till 30 months age, following a strict natural feeding protocol in order to preserve the healthy aspect of our beef.
